These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of rozgar24.com, the rozgar24 mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization (employer, institute, franchise), you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Credits (Cr)

The Service uses a universal credit unit called "Cr". Cr has no cash value, is non-transferable except as expressly permitted, and may be earned, spent, held, or expired per the published credit rules. See our Credits Policy for full terms.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
• Do not impersonate any person or entity.
• Do not scrape, crawl, or otherwise automate access without written permission.
• Do not upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service.

5. Employer & institute verification

Employers and institutes must complete KYC (GSTIN, domain email, signatory details). We may suspend or terminate accounts that fail verification or violate our verification standards.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, rozgar24 disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhavnagar, Gujarat.
