Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid services on rozgar24 — employer job posts, premium subscriptions, and credit (Cr) top-ups. Job-seeker sign-up and free job applications are always free and non-refundable.

1. Eligibility

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original transaction.
• Job posts that received any applicant engagement are non-refundable.
• Spent Cr (already used for paid features) is non-refundable.

2. Process

Email [email protected] with your transaction ID and reason. We respond within 3 business days.

3. Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

4. Disputes

If you disagree with our refund decision, you may escalate to our Grievance Officer.
